Commercial Roofing In Houston From A GAF
Gold Elite Commercial Roofer

As a Vice President of claims in the property insurance industry, I cannot recommend contractors. As a homeowner and small business owner that personally used Brinkmann Quality Roofing, I can confidently say there is no better roofing contractor out there. From first contact to completion, everything was professional and extremely detailed. There were no questions I had about what I was receiving and no pricing games. The roof tear off and install took two days and the crew meticulously cleaned up during the entire process. Upon completion another young man came to do a final inspection and was extremely thorough and even checked everything inside my attic. I can’t say enough great things about this company. 5 star service throughout!

Brinkman Quality Roofing did an excellent work replacing our roof and installing new gutters. We got taken advantage of by a different contractor, whose cost was actually going to be the same but they did a horrible job and took three weeks to finish - you can imagine the stress of rain damaging the home during the process, and having roof knocking for that long. Brinkman replaced the roof in one day from start to finish, and it was on a hot summer day. Their subcontractors cleanup well after the job, and the project manager came to inspect the work from inside the attic and on top of the roof. They gave us 4 different options for shingle quality and warranty duration at different price points to choose from. They are a certified GAF CONTRACTOR (I was able to verify that with Gaf as well) so the warranty of the shroof is actually backed by Gaf. We received a GAF warranty registration. This is one of the key advantages, lots of roofing companies don't stay in business for a long time and having warranty backed by the manufacturer gave us a lot of piece of mind over the next 25 years. Their prices were competitive with smaller companies, and the experience starting with the salesman, through to final completion was smooth. They sent us a detailed contract up front, explained pricing and options, and delivered exactly what we asked for. The only concern I had, that you should be aware of, is that in their contract they do not assume any liability for any water damage that may occur if rain eventz come while the roof replacement is being installed. They do check the weather, they will protect the site, and they the schedule the jobs according to forecast and work really quickly with large crews, but it's something to note that is in their contract and I found a bit uncomfortable.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Their sales representative, Matt, was quick to respond and incredibly helpful in advising me on exactly what I needed. Scheduling was easy, fast and my minor roof repair was completed within just a couple of hours. That’s exactly what you hope for in a business…reliable, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Immediate response by Jake and the team. They are very trustworthy and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Brinkman performed roof maintenance and I am well pleased with their work from estimation, inspection and performance.
