Roofing & Siding Reviews In Houston, TX:
100% Satisfaction Is The Norm

After Hurricane Beryl ripped all the ceramic tile ridges off my roof, I called Brinkman Roofing. Even with the list of all the other houses that lost their shingles, Brinkman was at my house in one week and repaired my roof. Thank you, Todd Gentry Jason and your team for your quick response!

Overall great experience. Roofers and team were very professional. Showed up on time and very nice to answer my questions. They did a very nice job and picked up everything when done. Thanks for a great job. Not a purchase to take lightly.

Communication, especially regarding expectations was top notch. Chris was easy to talk to, and laid out all of the information I needed. When the materials were dropped off, the driver took inventory and photos, and made sure to answer any questions I had. We had rain on our scheduled installation date, and I got an email letting me know that the crew would be out the very next day to do the job - and they were. I think they showed up at around 7am! I could not believe the mess they made, but let me tell you - they did an impressive job at cleaning it all up when they were done. They swept our yard for nails and debris at least three times that I saw. And most importantly the new roof looks wonderful. I need to give everything a critical inspection now that its sunny again, but so far this has been a great experience overall.

*Update* I also wrote my payment check for too much, and the supervisor Victor was amazing enough to let me know, come back by the house, and let me write a new check in the correct amount. Outstanding service!!

The men did a great job! Very efficient with their time and worked well together. My heater doesn't run nearly as much as it used to. Goodbye to my drafty windows. Oh, what a difference new windows will make! The men did a great job! Very efficient with their time and worked well together. My heater doesn't run nearly as much as it used to. Responded to my call immediately. Showed up on time for my roof inspection. Gave a reasonable quote. Since Beryl had just happened I expected to wait for repairs but they did it within three days. Very pleased with their work, would definitely use them again.

Had my roof repaired by Brinkmann. A neighbor referred. Would recommend this anyone who wants fast turnaround and professional work.

Todd has helped me on several occasions with leak detection and repairs. Alway find them fair and reasonable priced.

Brinkman Roofing has taken care of our residential and commercial roofs for the last 20 years and they are absolutely fabulous! Excellent craftsmanship & reasonably priced!

My husband and I highly recommend them - all our jobs have been completed quickly and efficiently. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Chris Lackey was very helpful and patient with all questions and insurance issues. Humberto and his crew were very respectable of property, people and pets. Professional job and clean up.

We reroofed with Brinkmann this March. Brinkmann was exceptional in all aspects! Ryan was our salesperson, and I was very impressed by his knowledge. We contacted some other roofers for an estimate, but his plan even included improvements to ventilation (not just the shingles). He also responded fast with my questions by email. Everyone I got in touch with from Brinkmann were very courteous and friendly. Billy’s team did the replacement and not only did they get it done in one day, they also completely cleaned up our yard! We enjoy our beautiful new roof. No wonder this company had so many five star reviews. I definitely recommend Brinkmann to anyone considering reroofing their home.

Excellent work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Juan did a great job. I have used Brinkmann when ever I need a roof replaced.

Great people to work with and got us protected within a few days after the storm. Can't say enough about the communication and response! Highly recommended if you need someone to fix or repair your roof.

Brinkmann roofing is a great company. We used them to replace our roof and were very pleased with how it all turned out. They did a great job throughout the whole process.

They were very attentive to our needs, removing gutters, covering the pool and drains, keeping things undamaged.

The crew was very friendly and did a great job of taking off the old shingles and installing the new shingles.

They cleaned everything up so well when they left. I want to thank Todd and his whole crew for doing such a great job.

From the Estimator to the repair with Juan was seamless. All arrived on time and the work was wonderful. The only thing I will say is that scheduling was not as good.

Pleasant, efficient, reliable and straightforward. I am extremely happy with the entire process- from making an appointment to Todd’s estimate to the instillation and final inspection. Daniel & Todd were great representatives for Brinkmann’s. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns. I will definitely recommend Brinkmann’s to all my friends!

Thank you!

They were courteous, punctual, and professional.

Brinkmann Roofing gets five stars from me because of Todd Gentry, one of their salesmen. He is honest. He addresses the problem and fixes it. Four years ago, I had a leak. Two other companies came out and quoted me costs to reroof the entire house. Todd came out and said I didn’t need a new roof right now, just needed to have the leak repaired. When I do need a new roof, I will go with Brinkmann for sure, all because of Todd. I’ve never had a problem with any of the repairs Brinkmann has done since then. There aren’t many people like him. Obviously, the roofers are excellent also. Very highly recommend!

Artemio did a fantastic job installing the Attic Breeze Solar Attic fan for our family. The fan -powered by the sun- replaces the old fashioned whirlybird turbine installed w/the roof years ago. He advised me that it’s thermostatically controlled and hopefully makes very little sound. But displaces a lot of air. The job took 45 mins total!!!!

Very prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and dependable. Highly recommend! Worked hard to achieve customer satisfaction!!!

Brinkman Quality Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend Brinkman Quality Roofing Services.
